Made to be worn, not kept under glass. CPL jewelry can get wet. If your piece has a leather cord, keep the cord dry.

Porcelain:

Porcelain handles ordinary splashes, but it can break if dropped onto a hard surface or struck sharply.

Gold accents:

If the product page lists liquid gold or gold accents, avoid perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, rubbing, and abrasive cleaning.

Storage:

Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, dry afterward, and store each piece separately.

Shipping

Orders ship from Thailand with tracking. Standard shipping is free to the destinations available at checkout. Most orders are expected to arrive within three weeks, but customs or carrier delays can occur.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not collected by CPL Jewelry. Read the shipping policy.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
