Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Email iracopel@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and additional time for your payment provider to post the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at iracopel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs so we can help.
