Shipping policy

Orders ship from Thailand with tracking. Standard shipping is free to the destinations available at checkout.

Most orders are expected to arrive within three weeks, but delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. Please contact iracopel@gmail.com before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not collected by CPL Jewelry.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped. Some destinations or items may be unavailable because of carrier restrictions.
