Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 6–13 business days after we have received your return package. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1–3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5–10 business days).

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, we will provide our return address and instructions. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our studio in Thailand. Please note that some countries have shipping restrictions, and certain items may not be eligible for delivery to all destinations.

Once your order is placed, we will estimate the shipping and delivery timeframe based on your location. Most orders arrive much sooner, but we guarantee delivery within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
